Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at anwulieyewear.com. We process and assemble orders Monday through Friday. All orders are processed, assembled and shipped within 48 business hours .

Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)

We offer UPS Ground standard shipping with an estimated transit time of 1–7 business days. No delivery to PO Boxes. 

Please note: Due to ongoing impacts from COVID-19, UPS has suspended their expedited shipping arrival guarantees. Therefore, Anwuli Eyewear LLC is unable to guarantee delivery times on expedited shipping options.

 Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Anwuli Eyewear LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Anwuli Eyewear LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the shipping address are incorrect.

Any edits or cancellations must be completed before your order has been processed.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Anwuli Eyewear LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for you to investigate further.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Please contact your carrier for delivery-related questions or issues. Have your tracking number available when contacting the carrier to assist with their investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products

It is possible for items to shift in transit, and for some cosmetic wear and tear to appear on the package due to carrier handling. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If any item is damaged or missing, please contact us at contact@anwulieyewear.com with photos of the damage and any supporting information, and we will be happy to assist you.

Purchases Made Through Retailers

If you purchased your item(s) through a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly for any returns or exchanges. Anwuli Eyewear LLC cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made via other stores.
